Parking

Get a Festival 2025 Parking Pass and park onsite with full in/out privileges! Note: As attendance has increased and parking capacity is limited, on-site car and RV parking spaces are reserved for CAMPING ticket-holders only, unless guests have accessibility needs. Please email us at admin@electric-eclectics.com should you require on-site parking due to mobility requirements.

Day ticket holders please consider options:

  1. Park on the roadside on Scotch Mountain Road – this is a public road and we cannot accept any responsibility for loss, theft, damage or personal injury.
  2. Carpool
  3. Take a taxi from Meaford, 12km away

All festival attendees arriving on-site by motor vehicle will require a paid pass this year. The pass is valid for the entire weekend. One pass per vehicle (covers multiple attendees arriving in one vehicle). Flat fee includes parking from Friday August 1st at 2pm to Sunday August 3rd at 2pm. Full in/out privileges.

WHAT TO BRING

Bring your tent and sleeping bag, drinking water (this is a farm on a very shallow well, and so there is NO running water for the public; alternately, you can purchase drinking water from our merch tent), all-temperature clothing, sun/rain umbrella, sunscreen, bug repellent, flashlight, towel and bathing suit for swimming at Meaford Beach.

Also, please remember that this is the great outdoors, so if you have allergies, bring your antihistamines and epi-pens!

Oh, and as for food vendors, parking, designated camping areas, toilets, and 2 days and nights of mind-blowing performances: you don’t need to bring that stuff. We’ve pretty much got it covered. Unfortunately, due to safety concerns, we can’t allow campfires or cooking fires. Particularly with so many tents on site in a grassy and somewhat dry field, we need to avoid fires. We appreciate your understanding, and encourage you to bring food that you do not need to cook, or to visit our very reasonably-priced food concession, provided by local caterer!

Outdoor Shower! We have built a tank-fed, coin-operated shower for your convenience at the farm. It takes $1 coins. While most of our audience will be getting clean by heading to the beach, those who are not so inclined may choose to make use of our outdoor shower!

If you don’t feel like roughing it, here is a list of local accommodations!

Here are recommendations for what to bring:

  • Flashlight and/or headlamp
  • Potable water
  • Refillable Water bottle
  • Sunscreen and Lip Balm with SPF
  • Hat and Sunglasses
  • Comfortable, Breathable Clothing
  • Layers for the Evening
  • Comfortable Shoes (No heels!)
  • First Aid Kit (band-aids, antiseptic wipes, pain relievers) – note that there will be a first aid tent and on-call nurse on site
  • Portable Phone Charger
  • Festival Map (an updated one will be available at the gate and pre-festival!)
  • Food and Snacks (energy bars, fruit)
  • Trash Bags (for personal use)
  • ID and Festival Tickets/Pass
  • Cash (small bills and change is helpful!) and Card for Purchases
  • Camping chair, Towel or Blanket (for sitting)

  • A portable ashtray if you smoke. We can’t have soil contamination from tobacco, cannabis or any smokable products from discarded butts. We have a leave no trace policy for all visitors as this the festival takes place on an active farm growing feed for cows.
  • Umbrella (for sun and rain)
  • Bug repellent
