Parade’s brand of experimental pop-rock blurs the lines between improvisation and composition so deeply that every show is a truly unique experience. Based out of Toronto, Ontario, Parade features Stefan Hegerat (Drums, compositions), Chris Pruden (Synthesizers), Patrick O’Reilly (Guitar) and Laura Swankey (Voice, electronics). Drawing on their diverse backgrounds in jazz, classical, and electronic music, the quartet pushes the boundaries of genre and form to create unique and immersive sonic landscapes. Parade makes music that dwells on all we have to celebrate, while acknowledging all we have to mourn. The band has toured across Canada and released their debut album in 2024.
